Aphrodite's Temple Terms Of Service


Payment Terms:
All payment plan terms must be adhered to, with all payments completed 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.


Deposit and Refunds:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot.

If you cancel 2 months before the retreat start date, you will receive 50% of your payment back (excluding the deposit).

If you cancel 1 month before the retreat start date, your payment is non-refundable.



Non-Transferable:
This retreat is non-transferable. Registrations and payments cannot be transferred to another individual or another retreat date.


Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your participation. This can include personal illness, family emergencies, or other travel disruptions.


Liability:
The retreat organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions and to ensure their personal belongings are secure.


Participation:
By registering for this retreat, participants agree to engage in all activities mindfully and respectfully. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.


Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of registration. While we strive to accommodate all needs, it is the participant's responsibility to manage their health and well-being during the retreat.
Changes and Cancellations by


Organizers:
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. The organizers are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel costs.


Acceptance of Terms:
By registering and making payment for the retreat, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
